My Weight Loss Story is Puny Today

Today went really well. Tonight was the problem. I got up and did my P90X Arms and Shoulders. It was a good work out. I didn’t over do it. Or so I thought. I also rode my trainer bike for 45 minutes. As usual, I watched a favourite TV while I rode. Prior to watching the show I listened to a 16 minute affirmation audio. I do this on a fairly regular basis. I really love it. Best Time of Day to Exercise

I have been working super hard on this book today. I can’t stop! Unfortunately, in the back of my mind is my exercise for the day. Running for Weight Loss in the Winter in Purple Tights

So I was out for my first wintertime run. I woke up this morning and did not want to see Tony H in P90X. As you know I love P90X but I really felt that I needed to be outside day. I stuck my head out the door to see what the weather was like. I noticed that it was -6C or 21F( for those south of the border J)

There was a slight wind. It almost detoured me from not going. Negative thoughts started popping into my head for this was going out of my comfort zone.  Your mind never wants you to be uncomfortable. It is like an overprotective mother.  I wouldn’t go there though. Immediately  I started to think how fun it would be to use my new winter cleats that I recently bought.
