Diabetes and Weight Loss

I am going shopping this week and replace all the processed food in my kitchen with fresh whole foods.  No more white flour, sugar or artificial sweeteners.  Not dieting or restricting myself, just changing to whole foods instead of boxed and canned crap.  Very inspired to get healthy.
Had enough of this damned diabetes!!

It’s not gonna control me anymore.  I’m taking back control!

I’m actually excited to start my new clean eating lifestyle.

Once I get my fridge and cupboards stocked with the good stuff, I’m donating all the boxed and packaged stuff to the food pantry.
