Children’s Exercise
I was listening to the radio. They were talking about how children who exercise get better grades than kids who don’t work out. They get more blood to the brain, causing them to think clearer. They become more focused. They are more positive. They overall do better in school. He also mentioned that children these days spend most of their free time on screen time and not enough time running around playing.
I told my boys this when they got home from school today. My youngest was already on the computer playing game while I was telling him this. Next thing I knew was he was outside on the trampoline. That only lasted a few minutes for it was soaking wet. Then he went downstairs on the elliptical, while playing on the Wii. I am so okay with this. My middle son then got on the exercise bike after seeing his little brother on the elliptical. So great!
I know that the whole exercise thing and focus, concentration and positivity is so true. I see it in my life every time post workout session. I feel hopefulness and a renewed excited for my life. Plus, I burn a whole lot of calories, making my body a more efficient energy burning machine; healthy and happy .
