Sugar Cravings: Lose Weight Fast

Today as I was have a bit of a sweet craving. I chose to give in to it. I am feeling very strong right now and not out of control this is why I chose to eat dessert. If you are feeling weak do not give into your cravings. I repeat. Do not give into your cravings. You will keep eating and there will be no stopping you. Later I will tell you what I ate.

My Weight Loss Story is Puny Today

Today went really well. Tonight was the problem. I got up and did my P90X Arms and Shoulders. It was a good work out. I didn’t over do it. Or so I thought. I also rode my trainer bike for 45 minutes. As usual, I watched a favourite TV while I rode. Prior to watching the show I listened to a 16 minute affirmation audio. I do this on a fairly regular basis. I really love it. It is one of the pieces to my puzzle that works for me.

Best Time of Day to Exercise

I have been working super hard on this book today. I can’t stop! Unfortunately, in the back of my mind is my exercise for the day. It is so much easier if I just do my exercise first thing in the morning and then it is done for the day. Then I don’t have to think about it. I also have less chance of talking myself out of it.
