Running for Weight Loss in the Winter in Purple Tights
So I was out for my first wintertime run. I woke up this morning and did not want to see Tony H in P90X. As you know I love P90X but I really felt that I needed to be outside day. I stuck my head out the door to see what the weather was like. I noticed that it was -6C or 21F( for those south of the border J)
There was a slight wind. It almost detoured me from not going. Negative thoughts started popping into my head for this was going out of my comfort zone. Your mind never wants you to be uncomfortable.
