Best Time of Day to Exercise

I have been working super hard on this book today. I can’t stop! Unfortunately, in the back of my mind is my exercise for the day. It is so much easier if I just do my exercise first thing in the morning and then it is done for the day. Then I don’t have to think about it. I also have less chance of talking myself out of it. We have been out of town for 4 days and I chose not do anything while I was gone. My knees were particularly sore. I could have run while I was gone but I couldn’t bear the thought of doing anything on them. They are feeling much better today. I am still putting it off though. When I feel like this I have to play games with myself. I have a few favourite shows that I like to watch so I am going to go get on my bike and watch my show for the next hour. I will tell you how it goes.
