How to find happiness is important to know. Everyone wants more happiness. It is after midnight. I am just got out of my car. I continue to work at the hospital still. I work 2 evening shifts every 2 weeks (4 shifts per month). Tonight was a wonderful shift. I looked around at the other staff members. There was a nurse from Nigeria. I was listening to the radio. They were talking about how children who exercise get better grades than kids who don’t work out. They get more blood to the brain, causing them to think clearer. They become more focused. They are more positive. They overall do better in school. He also mentioned that children these days spend most of their free time on screen time and not enough time running around playing.

I am going shopping this week and replace all the processed food in my kitchen with fresh whole foods. No more white flour, sugar or artificial sweeteners. Not dieting or restricting myself, just changing to whole foods instead of boxed and canned crap. Very inspired to get healthy.
Had enough of this damned diabetes!!

I’m actually excited to start my new clean eating lifestyle.

Today as I was have a bit of a sweet craving. I chose to give in to it. I am feeling very strong right now and not out of control this is why I chose to eat dessert.
